Michael Coverdale

Michael Coverdale serves as the Managing Director Queensland at m3property since June 2015, overseeing the Brisbane Commercial team in property valuations, advisory, and capital transactions for various property types. With a specialization in advising on office buildings within the Brisbane CBD and suburban markets, expertise extends across clients in mortgage, finance, government, and private sectors. Prior to this role, Michael held positions as Associate Director and Senior Valuer at Propell National Valuers from January 2007 to June 2015. Education credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a focus on Real Estate & Development from The University of Queensland, and earlier studies at St Joseph's Nudgee College.
