Richard Yates

Richard Yates is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various high-level roles. Currently serving as President of M3Sixty Enterprises, LLC since April 2024, Richard previously held the position of Of Counsel at McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter, LLP from July 2020 to April 2024. An Independent Director at VerdeMed between January 2019 and December 2020, Richard also founded and led Richard B Yates, Attorney-at-law, pllc from April 2018 to July 2020. Richard's background includes significant tenures as Chief Legal Officer at Manning & Napier from November 2000 to March 2018 and Vice President and Counsel at Lehman Brothers from 1996 to 2000.
