Mike McCafferty

Mike McCafferty is the CEO of M5 Hosting. Mike has over 20 years of experience in the computer security industry. Mike started their career as a technical lead at SAIC. Mike then became a security engineer with a focus on special operations. In 2001, they left SAIC to start M5 Computer Security. In 2004, they left M5 Computer Security to start M5 Hosting.

Mike McCafferty has a degree in Business Administration and Information Systems from UC San Diego, a degree in Psychology from San Diego Mesa College, and a degree in General Studies from University City High School. Mike also has certification from Sun Microsystems in Sun Solaris Systems Administrator II and Sun Solaris Systems Administrator I, and certification from Microsoft in MCSE NT4.
