Tom Harris is the SVP of Operations at Momentum Midstream, a position held since 2022. They previously served as VP of Engineering at Howard Energy Partners from 2021 to 2022, and held multiple roles at M3 Midstream LLC from 2012 to 2017, including Vice President of Project Management & Construction. Earlier in their career, Tom worked as an Engineer at Maxim Technologies and as a Field Engineer at CenterPoint Energy from 2001 to 2005. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines between 1991 and 1995.
