Afonso Moreirão

Afonso Moreirão Pires is an experienced professional in real estate and project management. Currently serving as Asset Manager at M7 Real Estate Ltd since November 2022, Afonso develops and executes investment and renovation plans focused on value maximization. Prior roles include Project Director at Nexity Portugal, managing over €130M in real estate development projects, and Head of Commercial Developments at Placer, overseeing retail and new business unit growth. Afonso's earlier experience includes significant contributions to expansion strategies in the dental sector and structural engineering projects in bridge construction. Afonso holds a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and completed a CPD online course in Real Estate Economics and Finance at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
