Katarzyna Wroniak

Katarzyna Parkot is the Managing Director in M7 Real Estate Poland.

Prior to joining M7 in October 2017, she was Head of Leasing in WX Management Services where she successfully leased office space a number of office buildings across Poland.

Katarzyna has over 15 years’ experience in managing teams responsible for projects in the real estate industry, including leasing and asset management. She developed six investment funds in her role as the President of Horyzont Group.

Before this she was Leasing Director at GreenFields Investments, where she was in charge of leasing space in a number of Warsaw office buildings. Prior to this Katarzyna’s background was in private equity funds in London where she was responsible for property projects in both the British and South American markets.

Katarzyna graduated in Law at EWSPiA in Warsaw. She speaks fluent English and Greek.
