Jason Tienor

Jason Tienor has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jason is currently working as the Vice President of Business Development at M7 Services since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Business & Technology Advisor, fulfilling engagements with technology businesses and industry startups, providing product planning and design, strategic business development, and market expertise sharing since April 2022.

From January 2022 to April 2022, Jason held several roles at Telkonet Inc., including CSO, COO & Director, where they facilitated the sale of the company and a successful transition for staff and operations. Jason also served as CEO, President & Director, overseeing a strategic reorganization of the business, and as COO, leading the integration of Telkonet, EthoStream, and another acquired business.

Jason founded and served as Founder, President & CEO of EthoStream, LLC from November 2001 to March 2007. Jason played a crucial role in the rapid growth and success of the hospitality Internet access company, leading to its successful sale to Telkonet, Inc.

Prior to EthoStream, Jason co-founded an IT consulting company, Interactive SolutionZ, LLC, where they worked as a Founder & Consultant from November 1999 to January 2002. Jason successfully signed customers in manufacturing and insurance industries, provided web application development services, and handled sales, HR, accounting, and support.

Jason began their career as a Software Developer at AT&T in May 1998, where they initially worked on COBOL programming for nightly batch billing cycles. Jason later transitioned to web development using Visual Basic and eventually moved into consulting to capitalize on the growing opportunities in the field.

Jason Tienor pursued their education at Marquette University from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained an MBA degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh from 1993 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in MIS & Marketing.
