Dan Yacavone has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of architecture and design. Dan started their career with NBBJ in 1997 as an Architectural Designer, where they worked on various Corporate and Commercial projects. Dan was responsible for the design and coordination of projects from the early design phase through Construction Administration.

In 2000, Dan joined KZF Design as an Architectural Designer, where they worked as a Project Designer and Project Architect. Dan was involved in the design, masterplanning, presentation, contract documents, construction administration, programming, and coordination of high design projects.

In 2005, Dan returned to NBBJ as an Associate. Dan served as a Senior Project Architect and Assistant Project Manager, working on multiple domestic and international projects. Dan also took on a firm-wide role as a studio leader, overseeing a studio of over 60 individuals and focusing on delivery, staffing, and financial performance.

In 2013, Dan joined KZF Design again, this time as the Director of Workplace Design Studio. Dan also served as a Senior Project Manager and LEED AP BD+C. Their responsibilities included leading the Workplace Design Studio and managing projects.

In 2015, Dan joined MA Design as the Director of Operations and Studio Lead for Mixed Use/Multifamily projects. Dan also took on the role of Business Development Leader. Their responsibilities included overseeing operations, leading projects, and driving business development.

Throughout their career, Dan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in design and project management, and a focus on delivering high-quality work.

Dan Yacavone attended The Ohio State University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Architecture. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained a certification as a LEED AP BD+C, although the details of the institution and the date of obtaining the certification are not provided.
