Ellen Owens Karcsay

Ellen Owens Karcsay, CMAS, LCC-CPT serves as an M&A Advisor with M&A Partners since January 2024, providing clients with a personalized approach to mergers and acquisitions. Since 2015, Ellen has been the Owner and Transformation Advisor at KARCSAY CONSULTING GROUP, LLC, guiding organizations through transformation initiatives and M&A integration. Previously, Ellen held several leadership roles at Avnet from July 2012 to January 2020, including VP of Global Program Management Office and Director of Global M&A Integration, focusing on program management and strategic guidance for operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes directing health education initiatives and consulting in health promotion programs across various organizations. Ellen holds an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University, a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics from Ball State University, and is currently pursuing a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate at Villanova University.
