Jillian Kaebel-Sisk

Jillian Kaebel-Sisk has extensive experience in human resources and mergers and acquisitions, notably as the Director of Global HR Mergers & Acquisitions Manager at Caterpillar Inc. from January 2011 to February 2014. In this role, Kaebel-Sisk led a team managing all HR activities during acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and venture capital deals on a global scale. Previous positions include Global Lead HR Manager for the Global Construction and Infrastructure division and Americas M&A Implementation Manager, where Six Sigma skills were utilized. Currently, Kaebel-Sisk serves as a faculty member for M&A Science, focusing on community learning and professional development in the M&A industry. Early career experience includes serving as Membership Director at Club Corporation of America. Kaebel-Sisk holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Business Administration from Illinois State University and a Certificate in Executive Development from Bradley University.
