Darjené Graham-Perez serves as the Director of People and Culture at Walden Family Services, contributing as a strategic leader within the Executive Leadership Team to enhance human resources strategies through a social justice lens. With a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Darjené held the inaugural position of Human Resources Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager at Walden Family Services, where foundational work was established to foster an anti-racist organizational culture. In addition to current board memberships at Lifeline Community Services and MAAC Project, Darjené has previously held significant roles in early childhood education and program management, demonstrating a commitment to equity and inclusion throughout various leadership positions. Darjené is advancing academic credentials with a Master of Law of Studies in Human Resource Law & Compliance at the University of Southern California, complemented by advanced degrees in Early Childhood Education and Child Development.
