Ericka Mokoff

Ericka Mokoff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Ericka started their career at Great Clips Inc. in 1996, where they served as a Franchise Training and Service Representative. In this role, they worked with numerous salons and franchise groups in the Midwest region, achieving a 10% sales increase year over year. Additionally, they developed employment programs to train new employees and build successful salon teams. Ericka went on to become a Managing Partner at Great Clips Inc., where they built and led a results-driven team of management professionals and developed location teams of 8-10 employees.

In 2008, Ericka joined Regency Beauty Institute as an Operations Area Manager for the Southeast region. Ericka oversaw an average of 400 enrolled students and a team of 50 employees, directing strategic initiatives to achieve student admissions and program outcomes while also ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards.

From 2015 to 2019, Ericka worked at Great Clips Franchise as the Director of Operations / General Manager for multiple locations in the Charlotte market. Ericka led a team of 14 locations with over 100 staff members, focusing on driving sales and profit initiatives. Ericka also played a key role in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and developing the entire staff within these locations.

Currently, Ericka holds the position of Regional Director of Operations - South at Maaco Corporation since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Operations Manager for Maaco Corporation from 2021 to 2022. Additionally, they worked as the New Center Openings Manager for Maaco Corporation from 2019 to 2021, where they built relationships with franchisees to ensure successful openings of new and resale locations. Ericka'sefforts significantly improved resales performance year over year, resulting in double-digit increases for new owners.

Ericka Mokoff attended Mankato State University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Management and Operations. Following their time at the university, from 1995 to 1996, they enrolled in the Mankato Cosmetology Training Center where they earned a license in Cosmetology/Cosmetologist, General.
