Abdulrhman Al-Sadlan began their career at SABIC in 2002 as an Operation Planner, later transitioning to the role of Business Analyst focusing on profitability analysis. In 2009, they joined Maaden as a Senior Business Development Specialist, eventually progressing to roles such as Business Development Manager, Strategy, Planning & Business Development Director, and Vice President of Phosphate Strategy. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Project Development & Engineering at Maaden and serves as a Board Member for Ma'aden Rolling Company.
