Ahmad Alsharidah

Ahmad Alsharidah currently serves as the Director of IT Infrastructure & Services Delivery at Maaden, where responsibilities include overseeing IT infrastructure, network services, and service delivery aligned with business objectives, alongside leading outsourcing initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality. Prior to this role, Ahmad held various positions at Aramco, including Manager of the Upstream Customer Services Division, where strategic business strategies were developed to boost customer satisfaction and competitiveness, and as Acting Manager and Head of End User Devices Support, managing support for over 10,000 devices. Ahmad's career began with an internship as an SAP developer at Wipro Ltd. and is supported by a Master's degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University, where graduation honors included First Honors, as well as a completion of a program in Organizational Leadership from Wharton Executive Education.
