Eissa Ayashy

Eissa Ayashy, MBA, CPP, CPPM, CICCM, CIPC, CMI level 7 has a comprehensive work experience primarily in the field of procurement and project management. Eissa started their career at MPC as an Instrument Superintendent in 2010 and later became the Instrument and Control System Manager at Maaden Phosphate company in 2011. Eissa then moved on to MAADEN PHOSPHATE COMPANY, where they held various roles, including Manager of Turnaround and Shutdown, and Manager of Transactional Procurement. Currently, Eissa Ayashy holds the position of Vice President of Procurement & Business Support at Maaden, where they previously served as the Director of Project & TA Procurement and Manager of Procurement TA at Ma'aden Shared Services. Throughout their career, Eissa Ayashy has demonstrated expertise in procurement strategy, project management, and turnaround maintenance planning.

Eissa Ayashy holds a Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Level 7 from the Chartered Management Institute, obtained in 2017. Prior to this, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Total Quality Management from the University of Leicester in 2016, and a similar MBA program from the same university in 2015.
