Faisal Aljandal has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Faisal started at GASCO as a Plants Equipments Specialist in 2005 and then moved on to be a Project Coordinator at the National TriGeneration CHP Company. Faisal later became a Global Planner at SABIC before joining Maaden as a Business Development Specialist. Faisal then took on roles such as Deputy Project Development Manager and Senior Economist at Maaden, where they also held leadership positions. Faisal further expanded their expertise as the Advisor at Revenue Deputyship at the Ministry of Finance and later served as the Head of Energy and Industry at the Ministry of Economy and Planning. Currently, Faisal holds the position of Vice President of Strategy & Business Development at Maaden, showcasing their strategic vision and business acumen.

Faisal Aljandal earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from King Saud University in 2004. Faisal later pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2008. In 2012, they obtained an Executive Certificate in Developing New Business in Established Organization from Harvard University. Continuing their education, in 2014 they completed an Executive Certificate in Financial Valuation program from the University of Oxford.
