Manikandan Palanisamy

Manikandan Palanisamy possesses extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental management, currently serving as a Loss Prevention Coordinator at Ma'aden since July 2018, focusing on HSE training, safety audits, and fire prevention. Previously, in the role of Lead Health Safety Environment Officer at Ma'aden, significant achievements included meeting organizational targets for TRIR, LTIR, and DART-R, as well as providing comprehensive safety advice across various operational issues. Prior experience as a Safety Engineer at Mangalore Refinery involved leading a team to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental protocols. Manikandan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai, completed in May 2014.
