Motlaq Al Harbi has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as CPO/VP Procurement at Maaden since October 2008, where focus areas include category management, people development, automation, and optimization. Previous roles at Maaden include Director of Strategic Sourcing and Contracts Manager, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations. Earlier experience at Saudi Aramco involved roles as Buyer, Inventory Manager, and Planner in the Surveying Services Division. Motlaq holds an MBA from the University of Leicester and is pursuing a double major in Surveying and Mapping at the University of East London, complemented by an Associate Degree in Surveying Engineering from Ferris State University.
