Muhammad Asim Arif

Muhammad Asim Arif has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Muhammad started their career as a Selection Grade Account Officer at The Universal Insurance Company Limited in 2007 and subsequently worked at The United Insurance Company of Pakistan Limited as an Account Officer. Muhammad then moved on to BF Biosciences Limited as a Senior Accountant, before joining Steel & Alloys Co. Limited as a Senior Financial Analyst. Currently, they are working at Maaden as a Lead Accountant General Ledger, overseeing various financial functions for Maaden's Consolidated Shared Services. Muhammad'sresponsibilities have included budget formulation, financial analysis, and accounts payable and receivable management.

Muhammad Asim Arif completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Finance from the University of the Punjab in 2010. Muhammad then pursued a Cima Certification from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2018. Recently, they have been working towards obtaining a CPA (Finalist) degree from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants, along with a Post Graduate Dip. in Public Accounting and an Adv. Diploma in Public Accounting from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Certificate in Financial & Management Accounting from ACCA in 2017 and completed courses in Accounting Foundations and Budgeting in Real Life from LinkedIn in 2024.
