Rakan Aladaili

Rakan Aladaili is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and project management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Services Specialist and formerly a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Ma'aden since November 2023, Rakan has a strong background in organizational operations. Previous roles include working as a Control Officer at TAHAKOM from December 2018 to November 2023, a Special Project Coordinator at مهمتنا for a brief period in late 2022, as well as positions in planning at EcoDistrict and transportation at ARASCO earlier in the career. Rakan began the professional journey in technical support at Cyberia Group from September 2006 to January 2008. Academically, Rakan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Portland State University and has completed a Computer Diploma in Computer Networking, alongside a Diploma in Direct English.
