Dzera Kaytati

Dzera Kaytati has held various positions in the tech and design industries since 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Co-Founder and Director of art-s-talker, a creative agency. Dzera then went on to become the Co-Founder and Director of AKDK2113, an Inclusive Design Innovation Agency, from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they worked as a Consultant for various companies. During this time, they also worked as the Co-Founder and Vice Chair of the London Chapter of The Mars Society, and as the Founder of andwhy studio. In 2018, they began working as the Co-Founder and COO of Maaind, a neurotech and AI company. In 2019, they became an EF LD12 Cohort Member with Entrepreneur First, and in 2020 they became a Pledger with Founders Pledge. In 2021, they became the Co-Founder and Advisor of REAP Technologies Ltd, and in 2022 they became the Founder/Director of DK Labs.

Dzera Kaytati's education history begins with a Design and Marketing Diploma from IED Madrid between 2002 and 2003. Dzera then attended Central Saint Martins, University of The Arts London, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Design in 2007. Between 2018 and 2019, they completed the Educate Program for EdTech Entrepreneurs at IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Neuroscience at King's College London, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
