Luisa Fernanda Garcés Quiroz is a seasoned web designer currently leading the design team at Maaji since January 2020, focusing on creating an engaging e-commerce experience through UX optimization. Previously, Luisa held the role of Experience Analyst at Maaji, where design and execution of window displays and POP materials were prioritized. Prior experience includes serving as a Graphic Designer at Papelsa S.A., delivering innovative packaging solutions, and as an Engineering Assistant at Smurfit Kappa Cartón de Colombia S.A., supporting all packaging development stages. Academic credentials include a Master in Customer Experience: Innovation & Design Thinking from ESIC Business & Marketing School and degrees in Product Design Engineering and Graphic and Audiovisual Design from Universidad EAFIT.
