With a Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Tjeerd has worked in roles such as Allround medewerker, Electrical Engineer, and Stagiair in companies like Maan Group, Jansen Wijhe, and Voortman Steel Machinery. Alongside their education, Tjeerd has gained practical experience in designing electrical schematics, maintenance of production machines, and working on product support.
