Ricardo Costa

Ricardo Costa has over 20 years of work experience in the architectural partition industry. Ricardo has held various leadership roles in reputable companies such as Maars Living Walls, Officeworks Inc, Herman Miller, Maars Partitioning Systems, Steelcase, DIRTT Environmental Solutions, General Office Environments, Atlas Desk & Office Services, PS&S, and The Aztec Corporation.

In their most recent role as Vice President of Maars North America at Maars Living Walls, Ricardo leads the North American Sales & Support Teams and partners with North American Dealer Partners on successful construction projects across various vertical markets.

Prior to that, as the Senior Vice President of Architectural Solutions at Officeworks Inc, they led a dedicated team responsible for sales, project management, and architectural design. Ricardo'srole also involved creating and implementing effective sales strategies, marketing portfolio content, and project execution processes.

Before that, they served as the A+D Sales Director - East Coast at Herman Miller, where they focused on supporting and leading the North America A+D Strategy and building strong partnerships.

Ricardo also has experience as a National Sales Director at Maars Partitioning Systems, where they were responsible for deploying the brand and implementing sales strategies for strategic market share growth.

Throughout their career, Ricardo has consistently achieved growth and success by developing strong business relationships, executing effective sales strategies, and leading high-performing teams.

Ricardo Costa holds a Bachelor's of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Interior Design from Kean University (1997-2002) and a Certification Degree in Construction Project Management from Middlesex College (2002-2003). Ricardo also pursued a BA in Architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (1996-1997). In addition, Ricardo has obtained certifications in "Daniel Pink on Motivation" and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in 2023.
