Paul Foulcher

Paul Foulcher is an experienced Facilities and Property Manager with a diverse background in hospitality, recreation, and asset management. Currently serving as Facilities Manager at Hunter Water since June 2024, Paul previously held property management roles at Gibbens Group and Colliers. Paul has extensive general management experience, having worked as the General Manager at Newcastle Golf Club and Toronto Business Park. Paul holds a Diploma of Sports Science from the University of Wollongong and completed secondary education at Katoomba High School.
