Femke Boelen

Femke Boelen is currently an Intern at Universiteit Maastricht in the Biochemistry Department, where Femke focuses on studying the cytotoxic properties of histone-derived peptides to target cancer cells. Femke is also a Student Medewerker at Maastro in the Clinical Trial Office, involved in data registration and analysis. Previously, Femke worked on medical business projects at Stichting Medical Business and served as a Zaalmedewerker at Different Hotels. In addition, Femke was an Aspirant Initiator at Tennis Club Lanaken, teaching young children tennis. Femke holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences from Maastricht University and completed their VWO in Sciences and Mathematics at Pyxis College.
