Claude Bertrand

Claude Bertrand is a pharmaceutical executive with over 25 years of experience in the industry. Claude is currently a Non-Executive Director at MaaT Pharma, and was previously an Executive Vice President at Ipsen, Chief Scientific Officer, and ARIIS President. Prior to that, they held various positions at AstraZeneca R&D, including Global VP Discovery and Vice President. Claude also spent time at Pfizer as a Director and Roche as a Principal Scientist. Claude Bertrand began their career as a Scientist at Novartis.

Claude Bertrand received their post-doctoral training in neurogenic inflammation from the University of California, San Francisco. Claude then went on to earn their Ph.D. in pharmacology from the University of Strasbourg. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Strasbourg.
