Tanya Stepanova

Tanya (Tetyana) Stepanova is a seasoned Human Resources professional and educator with extensive experience in both HR leadership and language instruction. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor at Maatvast Haarlemmermeer since September 2022, Tanya also operates Dutch Beginners, providing Dutch language lessons and civic integration examination preparation since December 2017. Previous HR roles include HR Head at Sandoz Ukraine LLC and HR Director at both LAFARGE and Fast Food Systems "Pizza Celentano." Additionally, Tanya has contributed as a teacher of Dutch at Tekom Vertalers and has volunteered at Speel-o-Theek Hoofddorp. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in French Language and Literature from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
