Andre Deland

Andre Deland possesses extensive leadership experience in the bath and manufacturing industries. As President and Vice President of New Product Development and Marketing Communications at MAAX BATH, Andre has driven innovation and strategic marketing efforts. Prior roles include Vice-President of Research & Development and General Manager at Maax Bath Inc., along with significant positions at Soucy International Inc., where Andre served as Vice-President of Sales & Marketing, Operations Manager of the Thermoforming division, and Engineering Director. Andre holds an M.B.A. with Finance and Marketing options from Université de Sherbrooke, attained between 2004 and 2007, and a Baccalauréat in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, completed between 1988 and 1992.
