Marianella Silva

Marianella Silva is an experienced professional with a background in engineering and training coordination. Currently serving as a Training Coordinator at MAB Facilities Management, L.L.C. since August 2016, Marianella focuses on developing training matrices and calendars for the Louvre Abu Dhabi project, as well as converting training data into visual progress indicators. Previous roles include Contract Administrator and Planning Engineer at GTME de Venezuela, where responsibilities involved contract fulfillment and project scheduling for significant projects such as the Transmission System Project for the Alberto Lovera Power Plant. Additionally, Marianella has experience as a Resident Engineer for CONSORCIO GRUPO CONTUY, overseeing manufacturing and assembly processes, along with earlier roles involving academic training and internships at the Venezuelan Central University.
