Aviv Levin

Aviv Levin has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Aviv started their career in 1997 at Astrategia 2000, where they worked as a Senior Lead Developer, designing and developing multi-tier solutions for various companies and institutes in Israel. Aviv also developed an ERP application for education institutes and designed an e-commerce site.

In 2000, Aviv joined SAP as a Software Engineer, where they were part of the Visual Composer Team and contributed to the design of the Visual Composer Backend java server. Aviv collaborated with international teams located worldwide.

From 2004 to 2006, Aviv worked at Enigma as a Project Development Manager, leading the development of a JEE based software platform for the defense market. Aviv managed multiple development teams and solved architectural and integration challenges.

At Celltick, Aviv served as an Infrastructure Team Leader and Mobile Development Team Leader from 2006 to 2008. Aviv designed architectural solutions for the Telecommunication industry, provided professional support to the company's development group, and made important decisions regarding infrastructure third-party solutions.

From 2008 to 2012, Aviv worked at InterBit as a Senior Instructor & Projects Leader, utilizing their expertise to provide training and lead projects.

Aviv co-founded Take It IzI in 2013, where they served as the Co-Founder, CTO, and VP R&D. Aviv played a pivotal role in defining the technical solution and leading the development group for a location-based ordering system in the food industry.

In 2015, Aviv became a CTO Co-Founder, CTO, and VP R&D at Kannita, where they raised 1M from Coca-Cola Company. Aviv led the development and design of an innovative IoT product for the retail industry and served as a board member.

From 2019 to 2022, Aviv founded Synoptic, where they focused on cloud security automation for SMBs. Aviv developed a cloud dashboard for developers and dev team leaders, aiming to ease development and save time. Synoptic distinguished itself by focusing on architecture validation and productivity, providing essential tools to accelerate development work.

Most recently, Aviv joined Mabaya as a VP R&D in 2023.

Aviv Levin completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from The Open University of Israel, where they studied from 1998 to 2004.
