Patricia Roy has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Patricia began their career as a Workforce Management Supervisor at Shepell.fgi in 1998. In 2008, they moved to The Minacs Group as a Forecasting and Planning Analyst. In 2011, they joined Bell as a Forecasting Specialist. Since 2014, Patricia has been employed at Mabel's Labels, where they have held the roles of Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, Bilingual Customer Service Lead, and Bilingual Customer Service Team Lead.

Patricia Roy obtained a Human Resources Diploma from CEGEP Fran\u00e7ois-Xavier-Garneau between 1994 and 1996. Patricia then went on to College Des Grands Lacs, Toronto where they obtained a Diploma in Multimedia & Graphic Design between 1996 and 1998.
