Paul Blake is an experienced professional in the plant hire and sales industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Chippindale Plant since January 2024, known for providing comprehensive solutions for plant, tools, attachments, and site cabins as part of the AER Group. Prior roles include Regional Operations Manager and General Manager at Mabey Hire Ltd since April 2022, and a nearly 30-year tenure at Elliott Group, culminating in the position of Regional Managing Director, where oversight of multiple offices in the North region contributed to an impressive turnover of £24 million. Blake began the career at Lord Hire Centers as a Technical/Hire and Sales Coordinator from April 1986 to October 1990. Education was completed at Hebburn Comp from 1979 to 1984.
