Victoria Yates

Victoria Yates has over 14 years of work experience, with their most recent role being the Head of Transformation and Change at Mabey Hire Ltd. In this position, they are responsible for developing and managing the strategic plan, implementing strategic and transformation projects, and engaging with stakeholders. Prior to this, Victoria held various roles at Costain Group PLC, including Head of Business Improvement, Business Improvement, Handover and Business Systems Manager, Site Manager, and Site Engineer. In these roles, they focused on quality improvement, project management, compliance, and team leadership.

Victoria Yates obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management (BSc Hons) from The University of Manchester, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Victoria further enhanced their qualifications by receiving additional certifications, including becoming an MCIOB Chartered Construction Manager from The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in May 2010, an MCQI Certified Quality Practitioner from The Chartered Quality Institute in January 2016, and a Lean Practitioner from BQF in November 2020.
