Valérie Attuil has a diverse work experience in the field of life sciences. Valérie is currently working as the COO at Mablink Bioscience since June 2019. Prior to this, they worked as a Chargée de gamme at DIAGOMICS for three months in 2019.

Valérie spent a significant part of their career at COVALAB, where they held the role of Responsable Produits (anticorps) from May 2010 to December 2018. In this position, they had a cross-functional role involving R&D, production, and marketing. Valérie managed relationships with suppliers and national and international distributors and provided customer support. Valérie was also a part of the sales team, where they traveled to ensure optimal presentation of their product range to research clients.

Before joining COVALAB, Valérie worked at INSERM (fondation Centaure) as a Chargée de recherche. Their responsibilities included setting up a research team and studying the immunological mechanisms of chronic transplant rejection, specifically in kidney transplants. Valérie also organized and managed a research organ bank during their time there. Valérie held this position from March 2008 to November 2009. Prior to this, Valérie served as a Chargée de recherche (post-doctorat) at INSERM (fondation Centaure) from March 2006 to February 2008, where they focused on the role of cellular proteins called tetrapsanins in HIV-1 virus assembly and budding in chronically infected cells.

Valérie's professional journey also includes a post-doctoral research role at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives, where they worked on a project funded by the Groupement d'Interêt Scientifique sur le Prion (INSERM). From January 2002 to December 2003, they studied the prion and differentiation of T lymphocytes by examining the influence of the PrPC protein overexpression on thymic development in a transgenic mouse model.

Valérie began their career at Université Grenoble Alpes as an Attaché temporaire d'enseignement et de recherche from May 2000 to September 2001.

Valérie Attuil completed their education in the field of biology and immunology. Valérie earned a Research Doctorate from École normale supérieure de Lyon from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they pursued a DEA degree in Biological and Medical Engineering from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in 1995-1996. Valérie Attuil began their academic journey with a Maitrise degree in Animal Biology from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1, where they studied from 1990 to 1995.
