Lisa McLarty has over 15 years of work experience. Lisa most recently worked at Mabrey Bank as the SVP, Director of Marketing since November 2018. Prior to that, they worked at BOK Financial for 11 years, where they held various roles such as VP, Community & Employee Engagement Manager and VP, Senior Manager, Accelerated Career Track Program. In these roles, they were responsible for developing professional development programs, monitoring graduates' development, and providing coaching and best practices to managers. Before BOK Financial, Lisa worked at Red Bull as a Marketing Team Manager, where they managed a team of 10 employees and was responsible for all aspects of marketing and promotions. Lisa also worked at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America as the Resource Development- Bowl for Kids' Sake Coordinator, where they successfully raised funds and increased the collection rate.
Lisa McLarty completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology from the University of Central Oklahoma between 1999 and 2003. Later on, they pursued a Master of Human Relations (M.H.R.) degree in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, which they completed between 2003 and 2005.
