Wayne Judkins

Wayne Judkins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in service management, maintenance, and recreation. Currently, Wayne serves as Service Line Manager at MAC Air Group since August 2023. Prior roles include MW1 at the Public Works Department in Scarborough, Maine and Line Service Technician at Maine Aviation Corporation. Wayne has also held positions such as Maintenance Technician at Quarry Hill Retirement Community, Store Manager at Green Thumb Nursery & Garden Center, Zamboni Driver at Mid-Coast Recreation Center, and Parks & Recreation Director for the Town of St. George, where responsibilities included overseeing parks maintenance and youth sports programs. Early career experience includes roles as Recreation Director in Thomaston and Light Equipment Operator for Rockland Public Works, along with being the Owner/Operator of Fair-Way Landscaping. Wayne holds a High School Diploma from Marblehead High School.
