Eric Ravotti

Eric Ravotti's work experience began in 1994 as a professional football player for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Eric then transitioned into a role as the SVP and Chief Operating Officer at Merit, Inc. In 2000, they became the President and CEO of RAR Development, LLC, where they focused on commercial real estate development and acquisitions.

From 2015 to 2019, Ravotti served as the Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at rue21, implementing business processes that revitalized sales and achieved cost savings.

Eric'snext role was as the Chief Development Officer at GNC from 2019 to 2023. In this position, they led business process improvement initiatives across various departments and advised the Executive Management Team on growth strategies.
