Hady Ibrahim

Hady Ibrahim has a diverse range of work experience. Starting in 2019, Hady worked for the City of Ottawa as a Summer Camp Coordinator, where they demonstrated strong leadership and behavior management skills while organizing group activities for children, including those with special needs. Hady also worked as an Instructor, Program Leader, Birthday Party Organizer, and Sports Drop-in Attendant, where they supervised and engaged children in creative problem-solving with LEGO sets. Hady continued to work as a Summer Camp Counselor in 2020. In 2022 and 2023, Hady had internships at Shopify as a Back-end Developer and Software Developer. At McMaster Engineering Society, Hady worked as a Software Developer. Currently, Hady is a Teaching Assistant at McMaster University and a Software and Embedded Systems Team Lead at MAC Formula Electric, where they focus on developing CANBus data visualization and simulation software.

Hady Ibrahim attended West Carleton Secondary School from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Software and Biomedical Engineering at McMaster University, starting in 2021 and expected to graduate in 2026. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Hady also holds certifications in HIGH FIVE and Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED.
