Kati Hale is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at MAC Legacy since June 2019. Prior to that, Kati held various roles at Foundation Management Services, Inc from February 2007 to May 2019, including Director of Client Relations, Education and Creative Solutions Coordinator, Business Development Coordinator, and Workshop Coordinator. Kati Hale obtained a Master of Science in Gerontology - Long Term Care, Senior Housing, and Aging Services from the University of North Texas in 2009, after completing their Bachelor of Science in Gerontology with a minor in volunteer and community resource management in 2005.
