Rochelle Lampard is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in project management, strategic HR consulting, and executive leadership. Currently serving as a Human Resources Project Manager at MACA Ltd since December 2020, Rochelle has led the HR and Payroll integration for a significant acquisition involving 700 employees. Prior roles include Principal Human Resources Consultant, General Manager of Human Resources at Panoramic Resources Limited, and Director of Human Resources & Communities for Asia Pacific at Cliffs Natural Resources.
