Jim Feltman

Jim Feltman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jim started their career in 1999 as the Sr. Vice President - Sales at Familian Northwest. Jim then worked at Ferguson Enterprises, holding positions such as Sr. VP & Chief Marketing Officer and serving on the Board of Directors. In 2006, they became the Board Chairman at Build.com. During this time, they also served as a Policy Advisory Board Member at Harvard Kennedy School of Government, Joint Center for Housing Studies.

Feltman's entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish their own businesses. Jim was the Principal and Member of the Advisory Board at Veristone Capital, LLC, providing short-term bridge loans secured by real estate. Jim also served as the President and Owner of Macadam Floor and Design, a leading flooring company offering interior design services, product sourcing, and installation to premier builders.

In addition to their ventures, Feltman has contributed their expertise through various advisory roles. Jim served as an Advisory Board Member at OwnerIQ, Inc., specializing in Ownership Targeting for advertising campaigns. Jim also acted as a Director at Professional Captive Management, LLC, an organization dedicated to captive insurance solutions.

In 2001, they attended an executive education program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. In 2003, they completed a program at IMD. In 2004, they attended the AMP program at Harvard Business School.
