Miona Paskulov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Miona most recently worked at Macademia as a Senior Manager of Video Operations and Localization since January 2022. Prior to that, they held a similar position at Da Vinci Media GmbH from January 2015 to January 2022. Miona also worked as a Communication and Management Officer for a European Commission project at the Faculty of Technology, University of Novi Sad from March 2012 to January 2015. Additionally, they were a member of EDIT Center from September 2007 to September 2014. Miona also gained experience in project management and coordination at Radiodifuzno preduzeće "021" - Radio 021 from 2012 to 2013, and as a Production Assistant at Tusta & Tma Video Production from March 2009 to June 2011. Miona also served as a Coordinator for small and medium Medias in Serbia and Region at EXIT Association from April 2007 to September 2007, and as an Assistant to Foreign Direct Investment Advisor at Vojvodina Investment Promotion Fund from January 2005 to February 2006.
Miona Paskulov started their education in 2001 at Faculty for Entrepreneurial Management, BK University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Management. Miona completed this program in 2008.
In 2007, Miona attended various short courses and training programs. Miona participated in a Political Marketing program at the Center of Modern Skills in Belgrade. Later that year, they took part in training sessions on Presentational Skills at the same center. Additionally, they completed programs on Organizing Press Conference and Writing Press Release at the International Republican Institute in Belgrade. Miona also received training in Election Campaign at the National Democratic Institute, also in Belgrade.
In 2009, Miona enrolled in an iExec Enterprise Essentials course offered by the CISCO Entrepreneur Institute.
Moving forward, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Specialty program in Human Resource at the Faculty of Technical Sciences Novi Sad, University of Novi Sad.
Finally, from 2013 to 2015, Miona attended Freie Universität Berlin, where they completed a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Visual and Media Anthropology.
