Connor Swain

Connor Swain has diverse experience in sales, project management, and engineering. Currently serving as a Light Equipment Sales Representative and Inside Sales for Rental Services at MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc. since June 2022, Connor previously worked as a Project Engineer at Midwest Mole, Inc., overseeing Horizontal Directional Drilling crews for trenchless underground utility projects from January 2018 to June 2022. As a self-employed handyman from June 2014 to December 2019, Connor provided services in construction, maintenance, and automotive repairs. Prior roles include Manager and Instructor at The Ball Barn, where Connor built a clientele and managed operations, and Surveyor Intern at the Hancock County Surveyors Office, achieving significant accomplishments in surveying and project documentation. Connor holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Western Governors University, obtained between 2015 and 2017.
