Damon Grothe

Damon Grothe has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Damon began their career in 2000 as an Information Technology Recruiter at TEKsystems (Maxim Group) before moving on to Telecom Technology Corp. as a Business Development Manager. At Volt Technical Resources, they served as a Sr. IT Recruiter (Team Lead) and improved vendor ranking in a large IT MSP program. Damon then joined PrincetonOne, where they held multiple positions including Director of RPO Operations & Talent Acquisition. Damon saved the company over $750,000 and built a team of recruiters to provide recruitment support. At Knowledge Services, they served as the Vice President of Operations and Talent Acquisition, Vice President of MSP Programs, and most recently as the Vice President of Talent Solutions. Damon led various teams, developed program delivery models, and implemented MSP and Vendor Management System (VMS) solutions. Damon is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc.

Damon Grothe completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Indianapolis, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
