Shannon Brooks

Shannon Brooks is an experienced professional in sales and customer service, currently serving as a Product Support Sales Representative at MacAllister Machinery Co., Inc. since July 2009. In this role, Shannon develops and maintains relationships with customers, focusing on their individual needs and providing tailored solutions, including service programs and maintenance contracts for the Power Systems Division. Previously, Shannon held positions as a Commercial Engine Customer Service Representative and an Inside Sales Representative, where responsibilities included promoting dealership services and bidding on new engine sales. Prior to MacAllister, Shannon worked at Keihin North America, Inc. as a Customer Service/Sales Representative. Shannon holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College and has completed coursework at IUPUI.
