Previously, Kristen held roles at Golin, Summers for Chicago, Cook County Health & Hospitals System, Cook County Board President's Office, Chicago Tribune Media Group, The Washington Post, and Houston Chronicle, accumulating extensive experience in strategic communications, media relations, and public affairs across various sectors. Kristen possesses a Master's degree in Journalism from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor's degree in English/Creative Writing with a minor in Sociology from Emory University.
