Melissa Richlen

Melissa Richlen currently serves as the Director of Private Equity at The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation since September 2001. Additionally, Melissa is a Director on the Board of Directors for Kauffman Fellows and previously held the role of Fellow in Class 22 from 2017 to June 2019. Prior to these positions, Melissa worked as a Marketing Associate at Wells Fargo Foothill from February 1999 to September 2001 and as a Senior Auditor at PwC from 1994 to 1997. Melissa holds an MBA in Finance and Management Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, obtained between 1998 and 2001, and a BBA in Accounting from the Wisconsin School of Business, completed from 1990 to 1994.
