Ryan Welker

Ryan Welker is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the mining sector. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Vitrinite Coal since July 2012, Ryan also holds the position of Non Executive Director at Macarthur Minerals Limited since August 2022. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Director at Ten Sixty Four Pty Ltd from June 2016 to June 2022, and Head of Mining at EAS Advisors, LLC from March 2013 to January 2019. Ryan's earlier experience includes serving as a Non Executive Director at Mineral Resources Limited and as a Mining Project Finance Analyst at Standard Bank Group. An Executive Trainee at Rio Tinto marked the beginning of Ryan's career in the industry. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Finance and Accounting from Regent's University London and has foundational education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and Clarksville High School.
