Minerva Cagurangan is a seasoned sales support professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Sales Support Specialist at Macaw since May 2022, Minerva previously held positions in inside sales at Renewtech and as a Premium & Incentives Sales Support Specialist at Bose Corporation. With a long tenure at KYOCERA Document Solutions Europe B.V. from August 2007 to December 2019, Minerva advanced from Senior Sales Assistant to Team Lead Special Price Support, overseeing pricing activities, team performance, and customer service quality. Minerva began the career as a Sales Representative at Gassan Diamonds, developing strong client relationships and providing effective support throughout the professional journey.
